MAC Mineralize Foundation: Available at Nordstrom

MAC Cosmetics Mineralized Foundation

A lightweight loose powder foundation that utilizes the power of minerals to provide the skin with a smooth, radiant, natural finish.  Brushes on the skin for sophisticated, medium-buildable coverage. I was beginning to think the mineralized foundation was never going to be released.  It is anow vailable at Nordstrom.com.  I put a directly link to the foundation because it is really tricky to find.  It is not under any of the MAC Collections on the site.  I'm really looking forward to trying this foundation.  I'm a die hard Bare Minerals fan, (yawn), and I'm ready for a new foundation!  Check out the product color swatches below.

    I tried the "Thinking of Blue" color last night and was very impressed with the wide applicator brush. I actually like it better becuase it provides full coverage. The color is vibrant and funky. I absolutely love the shades. I think that this new line will give Opi a run for its money and I'm an avid Opi girl. However, change can be good. : )

    I used to be a strictly OPI girl but when I went shopping for a new spring shade and the selection where I went was picked over I took a chance and tried this in Shell We Dance. The application was easy with the brush reminding me of the Pro Wide style OPI uses. Also the wear is very long lasting and keeps my super thin and brittle nails from breaking and peeling. At a few dollars more than OPI per bottle...I\'m sold!

    I'm not gonna lie, right now i have over 15 different purples in my collection... i have a problem. This kind of reminds me of the Hot Topic purple! (which is in my top 3 favorite purples)

    I picked up Greener, Wildlife, Forest and Reclaim. Reclaim and Wildlife stand out because they are unique, but Greener is still a stunner in my book.
