MAC Sheer Minerals: Photo Swatches, Review
When it comes to naked skin, flawless sheen can't be faked. A selection of sheer mineral powders that keep the action focused, the skin vibrantly alive. Goes on as your first and last layer. A performance in the nude - in three perfect parts.
MAC introduces the Sheer Minerals collection along with Red She Said this holiday. In this new release you'll see a couple repromotes and the ever popular MSF's (mineralized skinfinish). Overall, I was more attracted to Sheer Minerals than Red She Said.
If your one to fancy the MSF's (like myself), you'll love this new release. One noticeable difference from the powders is the loose has an metallic sheen and the MSF's, a satin texture.
Let me say, it was really hard to choose colors because their all equally beautiful. But, sadly, I only came home with one of each: Sheerbronze and Petticoat.
Check out the swatches below.
Sheerbronze is a gorgeous orangey bronze that had the best color pay-off out of the three. This shade may be a little hard to pull off espically for those with lighter skin tones but, is a excellent bronzer for summer. Lucent is another great color that will probably appeal to most. If my pocket book don't cut me short this month, I'll be back to pick up Lucent.
Note: The loose powder does come in a smaller container, sadly.
Petticoat is a gorgeous pink color that will appeal on pretty much everyone. So Ceylon, another gorgeous bronzey shade that would coordinate perfectly with Sheerbronze loose powder. So hard to choose, seriously!
The sheer minerals collection is now available on maccosmetics.com.
