Sephora Glittering Nail Polish: Review, Swatches

New Sephora Glittering Nail Polish

Sephora introduces a new line of glittering nail polish sure to glam up those tips and toes.  A sparkling assortment of eight colors to pick to from sure to please your appetite.

The glitterning polishes come in a small compact mini size (.16 oz) that are perfect for travel or on the go which retail for $5.

Since each bottle is packed with loads of color I was able to use two coats on all my swatches.  Some of the formulas were thick and others were just fine.  I actually prefered them on the thick side because less is more and at $5.00 a pop you'll want to save every drop.

The glitter consistency varied between thick & chunky and fine mircoglitter.  Check out all the swatches below.

Sephora Black Strass Nail Polish

Black Strass - a black with chunky silver glitter.

Sephora Red Ruby Glittering Polish

Red Ruby - a ruby red with chunky pink and silver glitter.

Sephora Blue Sapphire Nail Polish

Blue Sapphire - a deep royal blue with chunky silver and blue glitter.

Sephora Blue Sapphire and Essie Starry Night

Blue Sapphire has a royal blue base compared to Essie's navy and the glitter color & consistency are different as well.  Although they are both different, Blue Sapphire can satisfy your Starry Starry Night lemmings.  Shhhh, I wont tell..

The next three swatches have fine micro shimmer.

Sephora Violet Amethyst Nail Polish

Violet Amethyst - one of my favorites, a deep violet purple with pink, purple and rustic micro shimmer.

Sephora Pink Fuchsia Nail Polish

Fuchsia Quartz - a fuchsia pink with silver micro shimmer.

Sephora Beige Topaz Nail Polish

Beige Topaz - a light beige gold with silver chunky & microshimmer.

I'll be posting a you tube review in a the next couple days.  Some of my favorites are Black Stass, Blue Sapphire, Violet Amethyst.  The glittering nail polishes are now available at Sephora and retail for $5.00.

I tried the "Thinking of Blue" color last night and was very impressed with the wide applicator brush. I actually like it better becuase it provides full coverage. The color is vibrant and funky. I absolutely love the shades. I think that this new line will give Opi a run for its money and I'm an avid Opi girl. However, change can be good. : )

I used to be a strictly OPI girl but when I went shopping for a new spring shade and the selection where I went was picked over I took a chance and tried this in Shell We Dance. The application was easy with the brush reminding me of the Pro Wide style OPI uses. Also the wear is very long lasting and keeps my super thin and brittle nails from breaking and peeling. At a few dollars more than OPI per bottle...I\'m sold!

I'm not gonna lie, right now i have over 15 different purples in my collection... i have a problem. This kind of reminds me of the Hot Topic purple! (which is in my top 3 favorite purples)

I picked up Greener, Wildlife, Forest and Reclaim. Reclaim and Wildlife stand out because they are unique, but Greener is still a stunner in my book.
