Massini Glitter Nail Polish Swatches

Massini Sex Symbol nail polish

Silver glitter nail polish

It's Friidayyy TGIF!! Today I'm bringing you some glitters from Massini. Some of you may notice that Massini's nail polish names are exact replicas of Color Club's - it's because the same company manufactures for both brands. Chances are, Color Club may have the same shade if your having trouble locating Massini.

Sex Symbol (pic above) - clear base with silver glitter. CC dupe.

Massini Gold Glitter nail polish

gold glitter nail polish

Gold Glitter - clear base with silver and gold glitter.

Massini Sexy Siren nail polish

turquoise blue glitter nail polish

Sexy Siren - clear base with turquiose glitter. CC dupe.

Massini Tru Passion Nail Polish

Purple glitter nail polish

Tru Passion - clear base with purple glitter. CC dupe.

Massini Magic Attraction nail polish

silver and pink glitter nail polish

Magic Attracton - clear base with pink and silver holographic glitter. CC dupe.

Massini Drama Queen nail polish

silver and red glitter nail polish

Drama Queen - clear base with red and silver glitter.

These next two shades are more like your standard nail polish textures compared to the glitters above. The opaqueness is amazing with only two coats, and by far my favorites from Massini. I don't think Color Color has dupes for these - truely unique.

Massini Purple Medallion nail polish

purple holographic glitter nail polish

Purple Medallion - purple base with silver, pink, purple, blue holographic glitter.

Massini Slammin Red nail polish

red glitter nail polish

Slammin Red - red base with silver, pink, red holographic glitter.

Massini is only available at Meijer stores and retails for $2.99/ea. Hope your having an awesome day!

Holy cow I needed this! Some fun! I wonder how Purple Medallion compares to Lippmann Good Girl Gone Bad - maybe similar but with bigger glitter?

Yes, those do look like the Color Club glitters. Were they really hard to remove?

You have the most adorable shaped nails! I can't stand glitters though, too much effort to remove. My fav of the bunch is def. the red though.

This brand has a few Color Club polish names with the exact same colors...are they owned by the same company? Or are they just bootlegging them?

Hi Styrch, Purple Medallion is a little more pinker compared to good girl gone bad, but all in all not too far off. Massini's also has holo glitter. You def should check them out :) Hi Tessi, Those are my faves, definite must haves :) Jinnzor, Pretty much like all the other glitters = Pain, except Purple Medallion and Slammin Red, which were perfect :) Hi Domineque, Awww, your so sweet! I know, their quite the little pain to remove. Hi Rachel, Yes, their both owned by the same company, Forsythe :)

Hi Steph,
Love your blog. You wrote: Always wrap the free edge or tip throughout each step. I didn't see this step in the video. Could you please explain how to do the wrap process and with what material. Thank you.

I am wondering if these gel polishes can be used with other gels. I have a different system with a different brand of base coat and top coat, can the different brands of gel mix?

I've had my kit for a couple of months now and love the way it lasts; but the Structure and Brilliance brushes are starting to stiffen and so is the gel in the bottles. Anyone else having that issue? Is there a way to thin them out?

Hi, does anyone know if I can thin out the red carpet base coat so that it is easier to apply?

Hi Prinzy,
It was a gorgeous color! I remember picking up a few bottles because I loved the color so much! lol! Actually, yes, I'm launching a store in the next couple of weeks. I have everything built, I'm just working on the Terms and Conditions right now, so it should be very, very soon.

I only have about 10 Studio M colors in the store currently, but I will be taking special pre-orders once it opens.

Hi Sarah,
I'm not sure about retail stores, but you can still find them on amazon.com.

Can I still buy them in the stores now?

I've been playing with this system for about a month now. I love it! When I first started I used the clear just so I could get a feel for it. Then I got adventurous and tried a "sandwich" with a China Glaze color. It probably would have stayed on longer if I had been able to seal off the edges, but my nails were so short it was a bit difficult. The next time I used RCM gel polish in Simply Stunning (a pale slightly shimmery nude color). This time I had gotten enough practice to really make my coats thin and it worked out fabulous. I'm trying to send all my friends the Ulta 20% coupon (5/26 is the last day) so they can get a kit for about $64. :) Now I hope to get a little creative with color combos and nail design. Thanks for the review.
