New Nail Polish Colors from Icing

Icing Grape A licious nail polish

Purple nail polish with pink and blue glitter

Happy Father's Day everyone! Hope you had a wonderful day. Today I'm bringing you some new Icing nail polish colors as promised. Besides the funky brush, these all are pretty fabulous shades. Check out all the swatches below.

Grape A Licious, a vibrant purple grape loaded with chunky pink and blue glitter. This one is pretty opaque, you'll only need two coats.

Icing Pink Sparkle nail polish swatch

Neon Pink Holo nail polish

Pink Sparkle, a neon pink with holographic glitter. I haven't check out my comparisons yet, but I'm thinking this is exactly the same as Claire's Lulu Belle.

Icing Sour Apple nail polish swatch

Apple Green Nail Polish with Gold Shimmer

Sour Apple, a semi sheer apple green with gold shimmer. Three or four coats to achieve bottle color.

Iciing Hazelnut Nail Polish Swatch

Hazelnut, a rich and fabulous hazelnut brown with shimmer.

Icing Lily Lilac nail polish swatch

Lily, a gorgeous lilac purple creme. OPI's Done out in Deco is a close dupe.

Icing Ice Queen Nail Polish Swatch

Ice Queen is a much deeper shade from most gray's I own, but with an added tinge of blue undertones that makes this one special.

Gray Nail Polish Comparisons

I really thought Recycle and Kiss me Here were going to closer dupes, but as you can see, Ice Queen is much darker with some added stormy blue undertones. Really love this.

Have a wonderful night and Monday morning!

Pretty!! How does Grape A Licious compare to Flying Dragon, do you think

These are really some beautiful polishes. I've never used this brand. I like Ice Queen and thanks for the comparison.

I really want Ice Queen and Grape A Licious - never seen Icing here in New Zealand :(

Hazelnut looks like that newer MAC color. Are they close? Which would you recommend?

That purple with the chunky glitter looks like a party on your nails! Where can you buy Icing nail polish? I'm in Canada and I've never seen this brand

Thanks so much Tiff! Grape A licious is certainly special! :) Hi Tami, I sure will, I should have up in a couple of day in this post! :) MAC's Mercenary has more gold shimmer compared to Hazelnut. Hi Mariah, Dragon Fly is a deeper purple and Grape a Licious sways more towards violet, both are very pretty though. Dragon fly is a bit more gritty too :) Hi Lucy, You should definitely try Icing colors, I really love them, minus the brush defects sometimes! But, I'll deal :D Hi Selina, Not sure if they are in New Zealand? In the States, their usually found in Malls... :( Hi Shayna, Hazelnut is much more deeper brown, as is MAC's Mercenary has more goldish tones. I'm hoping to do a comparison real soon :) Hi Atomica, I love the purple! Not sure if they have Icing stores in Canada, but if they do you can find them in Mall's :)

I tried the "Thinking of Blue" color last night and was very impressed with the wide applicator brush. I actually like it better becuase it provides full coverage. The color is vibrant and funky. I absolutely love the shades. I think that this new line will give Opi a run for its money and I'm an avid Opi girl. However, change can be good. : )

I used to be a strictly OPI girl but when I went shopping for a new spring shade and the selection where I went was picked over I took a chance and tried this in Shell We Dance. The application was easy with the brush reminding me of the Pro Wide style OPI uses. Also the wear is very long lasting and keeps my super thin and brittle nails from breaking and peeling. At a few dollars more than OPI per bottle...I\'m sold!

I'm not gonna lie, right now i have over 15 different purples in my collection... i have a problem. This kind of reminds me of the Hot Topic purple! (which is in my top 3 favorite purples)

I picked up Greener, Wildlife, Forest and Reclaim. Reclaim and Wildlife stand out because they are unique, but Greener is still a stunner in my book.
