Bargain of the day is a new weekly series featured on Steph's Closet that focuses on stylish and fashionable nail polish colors without breaking your bank.

If you missed last week's Bargain of the Day, click here to check out Wet n Wild's glittery purple goodness. Today's featured nail polish is a new shade from Sinful Colors that I recently snatched up at my Walgreens store.

Introducing... Sinful Mint Apple. Take a peep below!

Sinful Professional Mint Apple Nail Polish

Sinful Mint Green Nail Polish

We've heard the name before, but it's not what you're thinking... Mint Apple is a mint green with gorgeous shimmer. Looking at the bottle I thought this might have a dusty quality such as Misa's Dirty, Sexy, Money or Sephora's Ocean Love Potion, but it doesn't. It's lighter, a bit more green and has added shimmer - bonus!

Application is the typical Sinful standard. It's slightly sheer with good coverage in three coats.

Mint Apple is now available at Walgreens along with a few other new colors. What do you guys think of this new color? Has anyone picked it up yet? Have a great Monday!

This is a very unique color. I really like it a lot. I will have to look into trying to track this down at my local Walgreens.

I just ran out and got it. I swatched it and posted it on my site. I also did a comparison swatch. You should go look http://crystalpolish.blogspot.com/2010/02/drugstore-adventures-and-color-raves.html Thanks for posting and letting me know about this amazing polish.

I love this color even after all the mint/teal/etc colors we have seen lately. The glittery goodness definitely makes it a bit more special. It's too bad my local Walgreen's is extremely slow in stocking new stuff... all of the Sinful colors are old at my store :(

I love this color! But I didn't see it at Walgreens today so I'll have to stalk the store. I really like the green colors too. For $1.99, I will probably get them all. :)

I tried the "Thinking of Blue" color last night and was very impressed with the wide applicator brush. I actually like it better becuase it provides full coverage. The color is vibrant and funky. I absolutely love the shades. I think that this new line will give Opi a run for its money and I'm an avid Opi girl. However, change can be good. : )

I used to be a strictly OPI girl but when I went shopping for a new spring shade and the selection where I went was picked over I took a chance and tried this in Shell We Dance. The application was easy with the brush reminding me of the Pro Wide style OPI uses. Also the wear is very long lasting and keeps my super thin and brittle nails from breaking and peeling. At a few dollars more than OPI per bottle...I\'m sold!

I'm not gonna lie, right now i have over 15 different purples in my collection... i have a problem. This kind of reminds me of the Hot Topic purple! (which is in my top 3 favorite purples)

I picked up Greener, Wildlife, Forest and Reclaim. Reclaim and Wildlife stand out because they are unique, but Greener is still a stunner in my book.
