It's officially Spring, and to celebrate let's kick off this gorgeous Saturday with Zoya's latest and greatest collection.
Reverie brings us six new colorful shades in a metallic-like finish. So you're thinking - metallic, stroke lines, painful application...? No, these are much different. I'd actually classify these as shimmer based metallics, with very minor brush strokes. A huge plus!
Each color is infused with an "oil-slick" or iridescent shimmer that flashes different colors. The application is near perfection. If you have stark white tips like myself, you'll need three coats for complete coverage; otherwise two should get the job done.
Check out the swatches!
Laney is a silver metallic with green iridescent shimmer. The duochrome effect isn't too strong - just a touch for that perfect glow.
Happi - a sweet bubblegum pink with gold iridescent shimmer. It's very feminine and bound to make you smile all day long.
Gwin is a bright, coral-orange with gold iridescent shimmer. This is a great summer color, the vivid orange pops against tan skin tones.
Reece - a little bit of magenta pink and rose with gold iridescent shimmer. Even if you don't love pink, this is fabulous!
Adina, named after the lovely beauty blogger from Krasey Beauty, is the only true duochrome from the Reverie collection. It's a stunning purple with green and gold iridescent shimmer.
In my second swatch above, Adina is layered over black and you can start to see the green, pink and purple duochrome effect. Simply Stunning!
Lana is a deep red-orange with gold iridescent shimmer.
Check out additional swatches in a video slideshow below.
To view in HD, make sure you change the resolution to 720p or 1080p in the bottom right hand corner of the YouTube player.
Overall, Awesome!! The phrase "seeing is believing" certainly applies to Zoya's Reveire. It's ten times better in real life. A great collection for shimmer and metallic lovers. Smooth application and Big 3 Free formula.
Has anyone picked up The Reverie Collection? What are your faves?

Ooh, loving them on you! I have the entire collection -- bought the kit for $36. As of now I can't name a favorite yet, but believe it or not I love Laney on my toes more than on my tips. I really don't know which one to call my favorite yet since I haven't yet worn Adina or Lana on my tips. But I love Reece and Happi on my tips.

Hi Samantha,
Aww, thank you! I totally believe it, Laney would be super hot on toes! I'll have to try that this summer! :)

Gwin is still my favorite (thought it would be from the bottle pics). Not sure if I'll pick it up, though. I haven't had the best luck with their polishes. Stained my nails really badly, and I've been afraid to try them again. Maybe I'd have better luck with a different base coat (I was using Anchor when I got the stains)?

Hi Jamie,
Gwin is such a pretty orange! I've never experienced any staining issues with Zoya. I would definitely give it another shot with a different base coat. I use Nubar's and it works pretty well for me :)
