Barielle Elle's Spell from Holiday Hustle
One of the highlights from Barielle's Holiday Hustle collection, Elle's Spell ($8.00). It's described as a red jelly with multi-colored foil flakes. First off, a big high-five to Barielle for giving us a flakies! How exciting is that? Secondly, let's hope we see more colors in the near future.
Elle's Spell applies much lighter than the bottle color appears - which may be the only downfall. But don't worry, it can be layered over a dark red to obtain that same look. Three coats give you good coverage while four is supreme.
Check out an example layered over black.
Can you take a guess who this looks like? If you've guessed little miss Hidden Treasure, bingo! Of course both colors are completely different (red vs. clear), but throw some black into the equation and its game on! Nearly the same effect.
Elle's Spell is now available at Ulta Stores ($6.00) and Barielle.com ($8.00/B2G1). Along with the regular buy two, get one free, Barielle.com is offering 10-30% off orders ranging from $25 and up.
Did anyone pick up Elle's Spell or any others from the collection? Will you be checking out this shade? Are you loving this?

I used to skim over the flakies-type polishes on the blog, but after seeing a few more, I think I may have to make the trip out to Ulta and see if they have this one. I LOVE the look over black.

OMGoodness!!! *GASP* A beautiful red flakie - AND better quality than the Sinful Flakies but more reasonably priced than the Nfu-Ohs (and the now HTF SH Hidden Treasure)! WOOOOOOT!
I haven't subscribed to Essie's mailing lists - my bad - so guess I'll be taking care of that shortly! ;)
Thanks again for your ALWAYS awesome pics and reviews, Super excited about this one, 'specially since I haven't been much for Essie til this point besides an odd color here or there (most of their collections are a sort of a "snort" to my tastes) but this one looks like a horse of a completely different color altogether! YAYYYYYY! :-D
Thanks so much for your ALWAYS gorgeous swatches and comprehensive reviews!!! Rock on, sister - this is one girl who will continue to follow you faithfully!
Whoops, almost forgot - what's this you say about a Buy 2 Get 1 Free + 20% (or more) off (depending on order total) right now when purchasing directly from http://www.barielle.com??! :-O I need to check the details of the offer you posted more cafefully I think before I get TOO excited - LOL!!!
XOXOX
