Breaking News: Heath Ledger Found Dead

CNN reports, The New York Police Department declared Heath Ledger, 28,  dead on arrival on Saturday, January 22, 2008 at 3:30 pm in his lower Manhattan, New York apartment.  Police spokesperson, Paul Browne, said Ledger's housekeeper tried to wake him up for a masseuse appointment, and he was unresponsive.  The Masseuse, Diana Lee Wolozin, speed dialed Mary Kate Olsen three times on Heath's phone before she called 911 and another time after she called 911.  Wolozin currently does not have a state license to practice massage therapy. Their was a 26 minute delay before an ambulance was dispatched?  Could that 26 minutes could of saved his life?  Reportedly, Mary Kate and Ledger were socially dating.

Paul Browne says, possible drug overdose but, nothing has been declared.  Six prescription medications and over the counter sleeping pills were found in the Vincinity of his bed Browne later said.  The prescription pills were half full, in closed bottles.  In most cases, drug overdoses are usually found with empty, tops off, prescripton bottles.  An Autopsy for the tragic death of, Heath Ledger, was scheduled for Wednesday, but came back inconclusive.  We may not find out any information for a couple of weeks.

Photographers, onlookers, and reporters surrounded outside of Ledger's apartment when the news broke about this death, Browne said.  This just makes me sick! 

Heath Ledger, 28, was born in Perth, Austriaila.  Ledger was recently known for his 2005 role in Brokeback Mountain, were he played a gay cowboy who had a secret relationship.  He was also nominated that year for a Academy Award.  He has a 2 year old daughter, Maltilda, with actress, Michelle Williams, whom he met on the set of Brokeback Mountain.  She was currently in Sweden filming when the news broke.  She immediately flew home, where the paparazzi surrounded the airport waiting for her to arrive.

This breaking news is so sad.  Best wishes to his family and friends.  I really hope the paparazzi respects his family and friends by giving them privacy, but, you know that wont happen.  R.I.P.

Breaking News: Britneys Gets Visitation Rights

 I really haven't talked to much about miss Britney Spears lately, because it was media overload.  But, since she is doing so well, thanks to her wonderful Dad, I thought I would post a little Britney for ya'll.

Britney Spears' visitation rights to sons Sean Preston and Jayden James were expanded Tuesday following a custody hearing with ex-husband Kevin Federline reports TMZ.com.  There was no change in custody, Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said at a press conference, but he said her time with her boys will be "more than it has been." He would not elaborate much.  But, anything is better than nothing.

Spears will get three days supervised visitation a week and visitation on Mother's Day, TMZ.com reported.  What an awesome mother's day treat for Britney, ya'll.  And, also surfacing, sources say she will get a supervised overnight stay within the month.

Kaplan said the court was "pleased with the progress that seems to be occurring" with Spears daily.  He called the court's ruling "a step in the right direction.  "The children are doing great — that's the key," Kaplan said. "That's what all of this is about."

After the hearing, Britney was spotted smiling and leaving with her parents. When asked if she was happy with the outcome of the hearing, her attorney Stacy Philips gave a smile and a thumbs up sign. 

Kevin Federline has had primary custody of both their sons since January, when Spears, was hospitalized after she refused to turn over one of the boys to Federline's bodyguard.

Keep up the good work, Brit!  I really have to give a big shout out to her Dad, he came in and took control of the situation and if it wasn't for his actions, none of this would be happening!
