Milani
Drugstore Haul: Milani, Max Factor, Lashblast
I try to stay far-away from drugstores because they can really do some major damage! But, it was time for a visit, because there are many things I've been wanting to test and review. So, I will be doing seperate blog entries on each product to elaborate a little more.
1. Covergirl Lashblast - The buzz has been going around the on beauty radar about this wonder mascara. So, it's on the top of my list to review.
2. Nicole by OPI - I'm sure you've been seeing alot of this brand lately. So, I've been a little curious about the formula, and staying power. But, I'm sure it will be quality espically, if it's backed by OPI. Plus, their free off the big 3, which is a huge plus. I picked up the color: Nicole's Fav, a tangerine orange shimmer that is perfect for summer. I will be posting swatches soon.
3. Milani - Fashion Runway Eyes and color brillant eye pencils. My Milani purchase was the hightlight of my haul. The Fashion runways shadows come in 6 different color combinations. I went to 4 different drugstores looking for the yellow and green combination but, everywhere was completely sold-out! Milani also carries a Blue/Teal color combination, sold-out, just my luck! And, I just happend to get lucky with the eyeliners, and picked up three (kelly green, teal, and violet purple).
4. MAX Factor Vivid Impact Eyeshadow Duo - The green and blue wand recently was seen in the Carmen Electra ad for MAX Factor. The emerald green and blue wand was so hard to find. The green is a fab color. And, I was quite impressed how long the shadow stayed on without any base.
5. Neutrogena Sunscreen - Don't forget that sunscreen! My favorite brand is Neutrogena Ultra sheer. It's so light, gentle, and blocks UVA/UVB rays!
I will be reviewing each product seperately. Stay tuned for the review and swatches.

CVS Drugstore Haul: Sally Hansen, Cover Girl
Boy, is it hot here in the Southeastern region. At 8 am it's already 90 degrees! A simple visit to my local CVS pharmacy to pick up some shaving creme turned into a full-force makeup haul. Those damn drugstores always get ya! The display for Sally Hansens Lacquer Shine was rather empty. These lovely summer shades were flying off the shelves by the minute. The four colors I picked up: Flair, Flash, Spark and Glow. Some other color shades that were sold out: coral, pink, and red. Check out the photo swatches below.
Glow is described as an granny smith apple green shade with yellow-green shimmer. Flair is an violet purple shade with navy blue shimmer. Flair was my favorite color out of the four I picked up. Flash is described as a turquoise blue color with turquoise blue shimmer. Flash is very comparable to MAC's Plasma Blu. The only difference I noticed is MAC's has more of a frosty texture. Last but not least, Spark. A navy blue with purple and pink shimmer. This is the first color that even comes close to OPI Russian Navy. Spark is almost an 100% duplicate. The only true difference is OPI Russian Navy has more shimmer to it. But, other than that, it's a great alternative.
This is the first time I've tried Sally Hansen's Lacquer Shine formula. Although, I can't review the staying power until I actually wear the polish a few times. The application was very smooth and easy to apply with vibrant color pay-off and dimmensional shine. I used two coats on my photo swatches. I don't think there would be a need for three coats because the color pay-off is divine.
I wanted to get some swatches up real fast for ya'll to see. Later this week I will be posting swatches individually along with photo comparisions.
I've been debating these two eyeshadow colors for awhile now. And, I finally picked them up today. Check out the photo swatches below.
Covergirl Kaboom Kelly - described as a kelly green shade with fairly good color pay-off. Covergirl Gold Sizzle - is a gold shimmer with not-so-good pigmentation. I had to literally scrub with my finger to get good pigmentation. And, last but not least, Milani Color Brillance eyeliner pencils. Hands down, Milani has the BEST pencils out there with outstanding color pay-off.

Milani Color Brilliance Pencils: Swatches, Review
An outstanding eye liner pencil that delivers superb color in one easy application. It has been developed with moisturizing ingredients for silky-smooth texture and with special polymers for long lasting power. Add depth and definition to your eyes with this rich pencil. Available in 4 intensifying shades at Walgreens for $3.99 each (that's chump change).
Milani's new color brilliance pencils are the shit, to put it mildly. They have an ridiculous amount of color, lasting power (really, the whole day), and no smudging. And, they are right up there with Urban Decay 24/7 (another favorite of mine). Applying these dreamy shades were so easy - no need for warming the tips again.
01 Black - (not pictured) a bold rich black color, 04 Purple - described as a magenta purple shade with violet shimmer, 02 Aqua - is a aqua blue with aqua shimmer, and 03 Green - a gorgeous kelly green with gold shimmer. I literally could go on-and-on about this gorgeous green shade - but, I won't bore you. I have this huge fixation for green shades. 03 Green is a must have eyeliner for green lovers. Heck, for $3.99, you can't even get an gallon of gas for that!

Milani Cosmetics: Runway Eyes Swatches, Review
Milani introduced these capturing eye shadow gems quite sometime ago and my local CVS is always, I mean always, sold out. But, Friday was my lucky day as there was only about five of these beauties left. Milani Runway Eyes ($4.99) are available in 12 stunning colors and are a silky, smooth eye shadow that delivers unbelieveable color that can be applied wet or dry. A two end applicator is included with the compact. One side is a sponge for wet applications and the other a brush from dry applications.
Looking at the pictures, the shadows look very shimmery and glittery but are not so. In fact, the sparkles are just the top layer which may have been intended for that quick-sell. I could see alot of people passing this up just because they look "way too glittery". The shimmer factor is about perfect. Yes - there is shimmer but it's not chunky. Honestly, some of the shades didn't even reflect shimmer when applied. The color pay-off and staying power was excellent and I highly recommend these.
Check out some photo swatches below.
I'm pretty much lemming all 12 shades which, may take sometime considering their never in stock.
Check out what else came home in my haul.
OMG, Did I mention GREEN! Saved the best for last, you guys! Good news is - Runway eyes are available in quads or should I say, sexts? Glamorous Gems, $6.99, (i spelled it wrong in my pic above, oops) is a mixture of six green, golds and bronze colors. I literally fainted when I saw Glamorous Gems in stock because I'd lost all hope by now. I'm still geeked about finding this in stock because it's so pretty to look at.
See the photo swatches below.
The color pay-off is quite good because I'm probably an NC-35 right now. I plan to mess around with these colors today and will report back on the staying power and so on.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
PS: MAC Starflash and Lustre twins are now available at Nordstrom, Pro and MAC stores on the 31st!

Milani Goes Pop Art in six Gorgeous Ways
Don't ask me why Milani decided to introduce these gorgeous metallic shades so late in the game. Just when you thought Fall was here - Milani pulls a little rabbit out of their hat. infact, six new limited edition rabbits! woot, woot! But hey, better late than never! Plus it's never too late to sport around pop color.
I'm not certain if there's a collection name, but, all six new shades are named after "art/design". So, I'm just callin them Pop Art. Shimmers, shimmers and more shimmers - that's all you'll see in this new collection. So much shimmer they can be classifed as metallic-like.
The best way to capture shimmers is with the sun and that's not happenin today. The dark clouds have been hanging around for last couple days and isn't budging. I would assume alot of us are having this nasty weather (my heart goes out to anyone in extreme circumstances). But, in the next couple day's, I'll be replacing my swatches with regular ones.
Check out the photo swatches below.
Red Canvas - cherry red shade with gold and red shimmer. Good color pay-off, two coats will you give good coverage. No application problems.
Pink Abstract - a hot pink drenched in pink and silver shimmer. Two coats will give you good coverage and three will make you shine. No application problems.
Art Deco Blue - a royal blue metallic shade with aqua shimmer. Two coats will give you good coverage and color pay-off.
Purple Pop Art - is going to be my next pedi shade which, I'll be posting tomorrow. A magenta pink-purple with blue and pink shimmer. Two coats will give you good cover but three is recommended for the bottle color.
Green Impressions - a granny smith apple green loaded with green and gold shimmers. One particular thing I like - the conjuction of green and gold shimmers gives the appearence of multi-dimensonel under certain lighting. The bad news - they are fairly sheer and require four coats or more to achieve bottle color.
Modern Yellow reminds me of China Glaze in Solar power with one minor expection. It's completely drenched in gold and yellow shimmer - very gorgeous! Just like Green Impresssions, the application required four coats to achieve bottle color.
Honestly, I liked every shade in this collection. Very suitable for most people - if you love shimmer polishes. Who doesn't like to shine with every color in the rainbow! Hope your having a wonderful day!

Nail Polish of the Day: Milani Disco Lights
Hope you guys had a fabulous labor day weekend! At least it's only a four day work week for some of us. Milani's Disco Lights is such a fun color, isn't it? An ultra feminine, pink, party shade that's screaming for fun and excitement!
When I'm browsing nail polish, it takes an interesting or unique shade to catch my attention. And, Disco lights was calling me from da club. I mean - what girl doen's like to sparkle? This may not be your practical shade you can sport around at the office or anything but, it's pretty to look at.
The application applies thin and takes three or more coats to achieve bottle color. Tomorrow I'll be posting my pedi picture in this color. It looks so much better on toes than it does nails!

Nail Polish of the Day: Claires Cosmetics in Envy
Hope everyone's Turkey day was fabulous! Today, I'm staying glued to the couch and you couldn't pay me enough to deal with the shopping maheim!
Claire's nail polish in Envy ($3.50, .5 oz) was my shade yesterday for Thanksgiving and it's still on today - so, you gotta know I love it! Described as a fairly sheer dark grey base with mostly green shimmer and some blue.
The only negative aspect about Envy is the base color is pretty sheer and requires at least four applications to obtain bottle color. But, for me, it was well worth the four coats.
To eliminate additional coats you could always start with a dark creme base such as OPI Black Onyx or Milani's Black Magic and build from there.
Check out some more pics.
Overall, Evny tends to looks like a blackened forest green shade and at $3.50 it's quite a steal. Have a great day!
Envy should be available at all Claire's stores.

New From Sally: Easy to Use Nail Art Pens
Along with the Insta-dri polishes, Sally Hansen introduces eight new nail art pens ($7.99). A variety in white, black, light pink, hot pink, blue, red, silver and gold. An easy-to-use fine tip pen filled with different shades of lacquer in each one.
The mistake proof formula can be removed or corrected with a moist cotton swab without damaging dry nail polish. Water based formula is environmental friendly. Possibilities are endless.
I'm really excited about these new nail art pens from Sally Hansen. Mistake proof indeed. Since the formula is water-based, it's such a breeze removing when you make a mistake. Just take a moistened tissue or cotton ball and wipe without disturbing your base coat.
Check out swatches and a video tutorial.
My swatches may be a little messy, but I wanted to show you guys how super easy this was. It literally took me all of 1 second per nail.
Potential Negatives: As much as I love these nail art pens, $7.99 is expensive. Especially if you wanted to pick up a couple different colors like myself. Try choosing a shade such as white, silver or gold that you can alternate with any nail color in your collection. Your initial clear or colored base must be completely dry before applying the nail art colors.
Tips: Apply SV (Seche Vite) or any fast dry top coat to your colored base to avoid ruining your mani. Make sure SH's nail art color is completely dry before sealing with a topcoat. And, just remember the formula is water based so it must be completely dry.
Sally Hansen's Nail Art Pens are now available in stores and retail around $7.99/ea.
Check out some fun I did with Light Pink, Hot Pink, Black and Silver Nail Art Pens. What do you guys think? Do you love them? Hate them? Spill the beans.

Nail Polish of the Day: Borghese Milano Taupe
Happy Saturday folkies! Today's nail polish of the day is a fabulous spring color named Milano Taupe ($6.99). A truely uniuqe shade containing a little gray, plum and rose pink thrown into a creme texture.
The uniuqe shade of Milano Taupe was impossible to capture in my swatches. Borghese formula applied perfectly in three light coats.
Check out all the swatches below.
Taken indoors with Flash
Indoors with Natural Light
To give you guys an idea, I've included some other plummy shades close to Milano Taupe. Sephora's, Don't Call your Mother is the closest alternative. But, as you can see in the picture above, Borghese's is much lighter with gray and pink undertones.
Milani Taupe is now availabe at CVS and retails for $7.99. Have a great evening - Be safe all.

Milani Valentines: Illustrations of Love
The month of February marks the season of love and Milani gives you six reasons to celebrate the holiday in style.
The Illustrations of love collection is a new valentine's day release that includes: red and pinks for those passionate lovers, black and purple's for those wanting to vamp it up and grey's and whites for that laid back lover.
Overall, this is a great collection that offers a range of different shades to pick from! The application was amazing and most colors only required two coats for bottle coverage.
Milani's nail polish has it goin' on. Their quality is just as good as Sally Hansen or Borghese and other high end brands.
Day Dreaming - a true medium gray creme. Hands down, the best gray creme I've seen. Not to dark nor too light. Perfecto!
Spring has officially kicked the gray nail polish trend into high gear! So, don't miss out on this perfect shade of gray.
It's official! Milani's Day Dreaming is an exact dupe for MAC's On the Prowl from their latest Hello Kitty Collection.
While digging through my small stash of grays, I came across two close contenders. RBL's, Concrete Jungle is more blue based and Carolyn's, Handball Courts is much lighter with added shimmer.
Having some fun with Milani's Day Dreaming and black tips with SH's black nail art pen.
Fond of You is the perfect off white creme that's a great alternative to Chanel's White Satin. Actually, we might have an close dupe here. I'll have to check later today and let you guys know.
The application was simply amazing for a white. Only three coats to achieve bottle color.
Sweetheart - a bright hot pink creme. Not as vibrant as a neon.
Milani Sweetheart.
Sweet Love - a reddish pink with subtle pink and purple shimmer. The actual shade was hard to caputre for some reason.
Sweet Love.
My Darling - a charcoal black with mint green shimmer.
Devoted - a deep black purple with subtle pink and purple shimmer.
The valentines day collection should be hitting stores this week. Keep an eye out for Day Dreaming!

Pedi of the Day: Black and White French
Hope ya'll are having an enjoyable day. In the Cincy region, it's about 60 degrees and cloudy. Heck, I'm not complaining though. I'll take anything other than snow these days.
With warm weather and Spring creeping up, I thought now would be a perfect time to do a pedi post. All feet are ugly. There's nothing pretty about them. And, what's even worse is giving yourself a home pedicure.
Usually I don't recommend salon services, but in this case it's definitely worth the splurge. It's a perfect time to relax and treat your tooties to some pampering. You deserve it!
For my pedicure, I used wet n wild black creme and the Sally Hansen nail art pen in white. Wet n Wild's black polish is the best hands down. It's opaque in one coat and super glossy. Milani's Black Magic is another great black.
Have a fabulous night!

Spring 09: MAC Hello Kitty Nail Swatches
Hello Kitty has arrived and MAC introduces two new lovely nail lacquers and one repromote to the Spring collection. If the mixture of pink, gray and white doesn't catch your attention, the heavenly bottles with the hello kitty signature logo surely will.
First off, I'm super excited that MAC when out on a limb for us nail polish addicts to match the Hello Kitty line with the nail polish bottles. Bravo, Bravo! The bottles will have you at Hello!
All the polishes were exceptionally pigmented and only needed two coats on most colors with the exception of Vestral White. You may need three coats to even out everything.
What I wasn't thrilled about is Something about Pink's brush. It looks like MAC may be testing out the water with this new brush or I just received a defective batch.
Something about Pink's brush is slightly angled and tapered kinda like SH's Insta-dri (see pic below). Immediately, I noticed brush differences when I was swatching the colors. Thumbs down on the funky brush.
Check out the swatches below.
Vestral White can be described as a french white that was opaque in two coats, but needed three to even out the streaks.
Pretty, but not a must have if you want to skip. It's just your typical french white shade.
On the Prowl, a must have color from the Hello Kitty collection. The perfect mid tone gray creme that you'll want to sport around this spring and summer. Her twin sister isn't as cute, but definitely worth checking out.
Gray's are on the rise big time, this is definitely worth picking up.
Something about Pink was the only polish that had an angled tapered brush that I found difficult to navigate on my nails. Described as a girly vibrant hot pink that fit in perfectly with the Hello Kitty theme.
Here's a picture comparison of On the Prowl and Something about Pink. There could be two problems with this picture.
Number one, the most obvious, MAC produced a bad batch of polishes with defective brushes. If you ordered from the site (which i did), you may be getting a defective brush like mine. Secondly, they may be switching over all their brushes. And, let's just hope it's not that.
The Hello Kitty polishes sold out rather quickly online, but you can still find them at Nordstrom, Macy's and MAC freestanding stores which retail for $11.00/ea. Don't wait a minute if you have any interest in Hello Kitty. They will go super fast!
Want more Hello Kitty? Check out all the makeup swtaches or my black and hot pink polka dot mani for this release.

Nail Polish of the Day: Milani Totally Cool
Happy hump day everyone. You know what Wednesdays are at Steph's closet? Nail polish giveaways, yah! On top of my Wednesday giveaway, I'll be giving today's nail polish of the day to one of my Twitter followers.
I'm bringing you a Totally Cool ($3.49) shade from Milani cosmetics. And, totally cool is such an understatement for this exceptionally drop dead gorgeous shade. Smokin Hot or Shimmer Ho would be more appriporate in this case.
How freakin awesome would a nail polish called Shimmer Ho be?
Wow, I haven't been this excited about a drug store color in years. Seriously, years I tell you! Described as a blue purple jelly drenched with gold and pink micro shimmer that's to die for.
The good news, totally cool will be a permanent color in Milani's nail polish line. If your store is anything like my CVS, their always out of Milani and I expect this color to be a hot commodity.
Outside in Sun.
Inside under lighting, no flash. For best results, you'll need three coats to achieve bottle color. Plus, three coats bring out the gorgeous-ness of the shimmer.
I'll be posting the nail polish winners later this afternoon. Have a great day!

Halloween Collection: Milani Black Magic
Collection: Milani Black Magic, Nail Lacquer 0.45 oz
Price: $3.49/ea
Steph's Rating:
Buy it: Meijer, CVS or other Stores
Hope y'all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! It's dreary and rainy on this Tuesday afternoon. The good news, it's a short week for us work-goers. Let's ring in the new season with a drugstore favorite of mine, Milani.
Halloween is undoubtedly one of my favorite holidays of the year, so it's no surprise I fell over heels for Milani's new Black Magic Collection. Aside from this new Fall collection, Milani hit the scene with two more limited edition releases sure to love, Vintage and Welcome Back Color.
In Black Magic, you'll find two qualities I adore: Black and Glitter, Yes Glittah! Each color is based in a thin, semi-sheer black jelly loaded with sparkling glitter. My Application was like most Milani's - smooth, excellent and dries to a non gritty finish. Noted below, you'll find the average coat-age on my swatches.
Let's down to biz-nass, shall we?
Magical - A Black jelly loaded with brown glitter.
Fairy Tale - A Black loaded with blue glitter.
Charmed - A Black with loaded silver glitter.
Enchantment - A Black with "ink" blue glitter.
Whimsical - A Black jelly loaded with purple glitter.
Spellbinding - A Black jelly loaded with red glitter.
Before you ask about dupes, I haven't pulled out any glitters to officially compare. But, I can probably think of around 20 look-alikes off the top of my head.
Milani's Black Magic Collection should be available at stores for a limited time only.
Do we have any Milani fans? What's your favorite drugstore brand?

Icing Limited Edition Black Glitter Set
Product: Icing LE Black Glitter Set, Nail Lacquer 0.40
Price: $16.00/set or BOGOHO
Steph's Rating:
Buy it: Icing Stores in the Mall
Happy Friday Diva's! Here in the Kentucky/Ohio region we're being drenched by massive rain, so I hope you guys are keeping warm and dry today! To end this week on a good note, let's start with a nifty black glitter set from Icing.
I'm sure you've heard me talk about Icing quite a bit in the past, so for those who aren't familiar to the brand I wanted to do a quick little recap. For me, Icing is a Hit or Miss. A Hit: The color selection is absolutely fabulous - you'll find unique and unusual colors every time. A Miss: However, the application is the downside - more so the applications brush. And it probably just boils down to a fixable manufacturer defect. With all that being said, I continue to stalk my icing for rare and amazing colors!
The formula on these were a hit and miss like I mentioned above. Some colors applied perfectly, while others were a pain. Are you ready for some swatches?!
Check em' out!
Blackened Green was the color that hooked me, a semi sheer black with green glitter.
Blackened Blue is a black with blue glitter.
Blackened Gold was a bit thick and gloopy, a black with gold glitter.
Blackened Purple is a black with purple glitter.
Blackened Brown is a black with orange/brown glitter.
Overall, Good Collection. The formula is a tad sheerer than Milani's Black Magic Collection. I found the price of $16.00 for a set of five to be pricey, but if you take advantage of Buy One, Get One Half Off it's a good deal. And according to my bottles, Icing polishes are Big 3 Free.
Stayed tuned, I have another Icing Fall Set to post that's gorgeous! How do you feel about Icing's Polishes? Love them, Hate them? Have a wonderful Friday!

The Best of Halloween 2009: Nail Polish Exclusives
Happy Halloween, Ghost and Goblins! Are you guys ready for the big H tonight? Yesterday we celebrated with some friends at our house, and this evening I'm ready for some good ole Rest and Relaxation.
To ring in this ghoulish holiday, I'm bringing you some limited edition and/or exclusive nail colors that are floating around your local drugstore.
Let's start off with my favorite from the bunch, China Glaze. Check out all the Hallo-Spam below!
Spellbound Top Coat is a sparkly orange and silver glitter with small and medium round glitter. Even though this is meant for a topper, you can wear alone or over your favorite nail color. Personally I love this layered over any silver foil (pictured above).
Fortune Teller is a Sally Beauty exclusive that's nothing but fabulous. An opaque black loaded with orange round and hexagon shaped glitter.
Next we have some colors from Phantom Frights aka Blue Cross Beauty. You can find these at Rite Aid or Meijer stores in the Halloween section.
Black is a black creme.
Black Glitter is a black with silver glitter.
Black Glitter is a black with silver glitter mattified with China Glaze Matte Magic.
Green is a Neon Green.
Orange is a Neon Orange.
Pink is a Pink Neon.
Black Holographic is a smokey black with holographic glitter.
Teal is a blue green neon. Application and formula was streaky.
Confetti is a orange and black confetti glitter.
Besides Spellbound and Fortune Teller, Toxic is one my favorite Halloween exclusives this year. It's a gorgeous shimmery green. I've only seen Claw Polishes available at Meijer and Kroger's in my area.
Bloodshed is a red creme.
VooDoo is an exclusive from last year, a red glittery top coat.
Sinister is a black creme.
Walmart Green (no official name or brand) is a mini size blue green creme that's well worth a buck at Walmart.
Walmart Orange is another mini size exclusive from Walmart. Application and formula was finicky.
Black Magic is a Wet n Wild exclusive that's been around for a few years. A multi-colored, confetti glitter in a clear base. Great for layering.
Magical is a red, gold and silver glitter in a clear base. Another good one for layering.
Harvest Party is a multi-colored glitter franken I created using clear nail polish and Martha Stewart's Glitter.
And last but not least, my orange and black tiger striped mani. Originally, this was my Cincinnati Bengal's manicure a few weeks ago, but it's very Halloween-ish - Don't cha think?
For more Halloween coverage, check out Milani's Black Magic, Color Club's Master of Disguise, MAC's Style Black, and/or Icing's Black Glitter set. .
Do you guys have any Halloween plans? Hope you have a wonderful night, be safe!

Milani 3D Holographic Collection for Spring
Product: Milani 3D Holographic, Nail Lacquer .5 oz
Retail Price: $4.25 - $5.99/ea
Steph's Rating:
Buy it: Meijer, CVS, Kmart
This Spring, Milani Cosmetics enters the realm of 3D with an assortment of new products consisting of Nail Lacquers and Makeup inspired by the blockbuster flick, Avatar.
When I heard that one of my favorite drugstore brands was unveiling a line of Neon, 3D Holographic and Nail Art polishes I was ecstatic and couldn't wait to test these babies out myself. Well the time is finally here, after a sneak peek at Fashion Week last September, Milani finally launches nationwide at stores.
If you're familiar with holographic or prismatic shades, then you can relate these to the Kaleidoscope Collection from China Glaze. The rainbow effect isn't nearly as strong; the large, glitter-like particles tend to break up the hologram a bit more compared to others.
The formula is light, airy and dries to a smooth, non-gritty finish with three coats. Have fun! Try experimenting with different layering combinations for the ultimate look of sparkling, brilliant cut diamonds.
Check em' out!
I haven't had a chance to check out Avatar, but when I do Cyberspace is the perfect accessory to tag along with for a total 3D experience. Even better, add some depth with Milani's Neon Dude Blue.
HD - is a silver holographic.
3D - is a gold holo.
Hi-Res - is a light purple holo. To add more color, try using a coordinating base color like Milani's Rad Purple.
Digital - is a pink holo.
Hi-Tech is absolutely fabulous! If you only pick one, this is your go to gal. Keep in mind, my swatches are NOT even close to being accurate, it's a bright (not neon) spring green with strong holo effect. Totally awesome with three coats!
Overall, Great collection! If you need a spur of the moment holo polish, Milani's are readily available at stores. The price may be a little on the high side, but if you figure in shipping costs and time for online ordering it all balances out.
To my knowledge (98%), Milani's Neon, 3d and Nail Art products are permanent items. I can't completely back that up until we starting seeing these more widespread. Look out for special BOGO (buy one, get one free) sales.
What do you guys think? Has anyone picked these up? I would love to hear feedback and what stores you've seen these? Have a wonderful pre-friday!
