Chanel Inimitable: Possibly The Best Mascara

Chanel sets a new standard in mascara with a formula that does it all.   A sophisticated formula and unique brush design combine to lengthen, plump and curl, delivering lush, long-wearing color so precisely that each lash, even the finest, is perfectly defined and separated.

Who doesn't want long, full, volumputous lashes right?  Is there such a product that can really deliver such powerful results?  I honestly don't think there is any product out there that is a miracle worker, that would be way too easy!  But, we can get pretty darn close to that.  Chanel, leader in the fashion and beauty industry, has yet another phenonominal product.

Drum Roll please ... Introuducing Steph's pick for the best mascara, Chanel Inimitable Multi-Dimensionnel mascara, retailing $27.50.  The price is a little steep for a mascara, but it is well worth it.  This is my absolute favorite.  I have personally tried them all: Dior Show, Dior Blackout, Benefit Bad Gal, Fiberwig, Kiss Me, Lancome Definicils, Bobbi Brown.  Hands down it beats them all out.  And we cannot expect any less from Chanel.

Now, I'm going to tell you why I love this stuff so much.  Not, only does it lengthen, seperate, and volumize, it's so easy to wash off!  For all the contact wearers out there, you will absolutely love this product.  It doesn't clump or make your eyelashes feel stiff and brittle.   To add even more length and protection to your eyelashes use Clinque lash building primer before applying mascara.  Tip: if you have thin and short lashes, try applying Cetaphil Moisturizing Creme on your entire face focusing mainly on your eyes and lashes every night, you will see a noticeable difference.  Give it at least 2-3 for results.

My Second macara pick, for more of a friendlier budget,  Maybelline Great Lash.  This mascara has been used for many years in the beauty and fashion industry.

How To Thicken and Strengthen Your Eye Lashes

Are your eye lashes thin and brittle?  Try coating your eyes and lashes with Cetaphil Moisturizing Creme every night.  Give 3-4 weeks for best results, along with a good nights rest.

To prevent lashes from falling out use a good mascara like, Chanel Inimitable, that will not make your lashes stiff and brittle.  If you would like more protection try, Clinque lash building primer before applying mascara.  Avoid rubbing your eyes, it tends to pull and loosen the eye lashes and ultimately fall out.

I personally use Cetaphil moisturizing creme on my whole entire face every night.  Lately, I've been coating my eyes with this stuff, because winter dryness, and noticed a dramatic change not only in my eye lashes thickening, but, growing super fast.  Just be sure you don't get the creme in your eyes.  I made that mistake once.  OOOPS!  It burned a little, but, I just washed them out with water, and I was good as new.  The good news is, the creme is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, which won't break you out.

Hi Tessi,
Isn't it the best? So unique. I've only found one close dupe which is an discontinued Hot Topic color called Comrad Green. Not exact dupe, but pretty darn close :)

Hi LR,
Of course! I've included the picture in my orginial post. Hmm...That's a hard question because both have different qualities, but I'll have to go with Django. It's a great shade all around and not as pink. However, I do like the chunkiness in Dior's too. :)

Hi Steph,
Can you do a side-by-side comparison of Porcelaine and Django? Which one do you prefer?
